Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Cards
The state has already announced the growers and the dispensaries that will be operating and providing patients with their cannabis. Pennsylvania medical marijuana cards will be available for patients soon. Protocols for acquiring one have not yet been released but should be by the end of this month, according to reports. Patients who have already been seen at Nature’s Way Medicine will be assured that the next steps will be done as cheaply and quickly as possible.
Next steps
The next step in Pennsylvania is for doctors to become registered with the PA Department of Health as physicians who can certify patients for medical marijuana cards. In order for doctors, such as myself, to register, we need to complete a 4-hour training course that has yet to be revealed. However, the ability to register and take this course should be available by the end of the summer. This will keep us on course to have Pennsylvania medical marijuana cards before patients have “pot-in-hand,” expected by early 2018.
Patients will be notified when our doctors are finished registering for privileges and any updates that require their attention. If you would like to be included in these emails, you can subscribe to our mailing list by emailing info@natureswaymedicine.com.
We recommend new patients call us sometime in the fall when we know more about the protocols and details of getting qualified patients Pennsylvania medical marijuana card. Right now there is no hurry to make an appointment.
